Thrive Up is a marketplace connecting clients and independent pros. Pros are independent contractors, not employees of Thrive Up. Thrive Up is not liable for damage, breakage, or loss caused by a pro during a job. Clients and pros agree to resolve disputes via in-app admin. Thrive Up may assist but is not responsible for direct damages. All work is at client's and pro's own risk. Use app chat for protection.

In short

• Every pro on Thrive Up is an independent contractor running their own business.
• All jobs on Thrive Up are paid work. There are no free jobs.
• Keep all chat and payments inside the app — it is your proof if something goes wrong.
• Money is held safely by Thrive Up until you confirm the work is done.
• Open a dispute in the app and our admin team reviews the chat, photos and payment.
• Thrive Up may assist and may refund from held funds, but is not liable for direct damages.
